We will negotiate on your behalf with our clients to secure the best rates of pay. We've a network of practices all over the country, we can open your horizons to opportunities beyond your own professional circle. |
Registering With Us |
To enable us to help you find work quickly and get you into a placement we need
certain information from you. The information you provide is in strict confidence and will not be used for any other purpose
in line with the Data Protection Act.

Please fill in our Online Registration Form and forward the following documents by email, Fax or Post: |
- A copy of your GMC Certificate
- A copy of your PMETB Certificate
- A copy of your acceptance letter onto a Supplementary List
- Completed CRB Form (we will post it to you when we have your address)
- Evidence of eligibility to work in the UK where applicable
- A copy of your passport for ID purposes
- National Insurance number
- 2 passport size photographs for identification purposes
- Confirmation of membership to MDU/MPS
- Evidence of Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Confirmation that you have read our terms and conditions

During a Placement
We will confirm your placement through Email or post. Our administrator will look after you and will supply you with all the information you need:
- the name of the person you will be reporting to and the name of the person you are covering, if appropriate
- written confirmation of the date(s) and details of the placement
- We will provide you with company ID which we ask you to wear at all times during your placement
